A deploy of the worker scheduler introduced a bug causing job pick-up delays of 2–8 minutes. Rolled back at 14:22 UTC. No jobs were lost; all queued jobs completed normally after the rollback.
A misconfigured retry worker caused webhook callbacks to be delayed up to 15 minutes. The root cause was a Redis connection pool exhaustion. Fixed by increasing pool size and adding circuit breaker.
A certificate renewal job briefly caused 5xx responses on api.seekapi.io for approximately 3% of requests. Auto-recovered when the renewed certificate was propagated.
